Residential interior design Madrid

Every home needs a different level of support.
Here are the main services, clearly structured.

ROOM DESIGN · CONCEPT

An initial definition service to organise the space and make decisions before moving into a broader project. It explores possibilities through conceptual visual support, without entering into the technical development of a full interior design project.

Who it is for: for those who need a clear first direction for a room before buying, renovating or moving into a broader project.

Delivered within 2 working days, with inspirational visual references to help visualise possibilities and make early decisions. These are not construction-ready renders, but conceptual images intended to support the first stage of the design process.

INCLUDES

  • Assessment of the current situation and needs.
  • Indicative layout proposal (non-executive / not for construction).
  • General criteria for materiality, lighting and atmosphere.
  • Reference moodboard for visual guidance.
  • Concept visual proposal: 2 to 3 images generated with professional visualisation tools, strictly inspirational, to support spatial understanding.

DOES NOT INCLUDE

  • Real, shoppable furniture selection (brands or product references).
  • Technical drawings, MEP plans or construction documentation.
  • Revisions due to a change of criteria or in-person visits.

*The visual proposal is indicative in nature; it does not constitute a final design and does not replace the development of a full interior design project.

**If you decide to proceed with a Premium Room Design or a Full Interior Design Project, the amount paid for the Room Design · Concept service will be integrated into the final fee, provided it refers to the same space or forms part of the overall development of the property. Valid for 30 days from delivery.

ROOM DESIGN · PREMIUM

An interior design project applied to a single room, aimed at a complete and finalized definition of the design, at both conceptual and spatial levels.

Who it is for: for those who want to resolve a specific room with a higher level of definition, visualisation and design criteria.

INCLUDES

  • Analysis of the space and needs.
  • Design-level reconfiguration proposal.
  • Spatial concept, aesthetic criteria, and materials.
  • Non-technical graphic documentation to define the design.
  • Supporting 3D visualizations to validate the proposal.

DOES NOT INCLUDE

  • Work on other rooms.
  • Detailed execution plans or construction supervision.
  • Procurement or contractor coordination unless explicitly contracted.

FULL INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT

A comprehensive service to define layout, materials, lighting, and furniture with overall coherence, moving forward with clear documentation and well-justified decisions.

Who it is for: for homes that need a coherent overall vision before budgeting, execution, furnishing or purchasing.

INCLUDES

  • Analysis and definition of needs by room.
  • Overall layout proposal and spatial criteria.
  • Materials, lighting, and furniture at project level.
  • Supporting graphic documentation and comparisons.
  • 3D visualizations according to budget scope.

DOES NOT INCLUDE

  • Construction‑level plans and site management.
  • Coordination with trades.
  • Purchasing and logistics unless they are contracted as an extra service

VIRTUAL HOME STAGING

A visual proposal to improve perception, order, and the potential of a home before selling or renting, with clear comparisons and a communicable result.

Who it is for: for homeowners or professionals who want to improve the perception of a property before selling or renting, without physical staging.

INCLUDES

  • Visual assessment and improvement criteria.
  • 3D proposal / virtual styling by room.
  • Before/after comparisons.
  • PDF deliverable (no separate loose images).

DOES NOT INCLUDE

  • Real purchases, physical staging or props.
  • Photography session.
  • Real estate management or price setting.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Who it is for: for projects that already have a defined direction and need specific support with purchases, final decisions or occasional follow-up.

  • Furniture and purchasing management as an additional service.
  • Occasional on-site support to close decisions, always defined by scope and budget.
  • End-to-end management without an explicit agreement.

The specific scope (deliverables, number of visualizations, and revisions) is always defined in the quote.
